JTA Wellness began in 2006 as a one-person private practice founded by Jan Tilley, MS, RDN, LD. What started as a solo operation quickly gained traction, leading to a growing client base, a second dietitian, and a new office space. Over the years, she wrote Getting Your Second Wind, Healthy Meals for Hurried Families, and Eat Well to Be Well.
