Interstate Towing & Recovery was founded in 2005 by Javier J. Hernandez, a longtime New Braunfels police officer who recognized the need for reliable, professional towing services in the area. With deep roots in the automotive industry—his father, Armando, founded Hernandez Service Center in 1978—Javier brought experience, integrity, and a commitment to service when he launched the company. ​ Over the years, Interstate Towing & Recovery has grown to become a trusted name in Central Texas. Our services now include vehicle impound management, roadside assistance, and collision repair through partnerships with trusted local providers.
