Foundations Care is a trusted, community-focused organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families through compassionate, professional care services. With a strong commitment to creating safe, stable, and nurturing environments, Foundations Care works closely with carers, families, and local communities to help vulnerable children feel valued, protected, and empowered to reach their full potential. At the heart of Foundations Care is its foster care and out-of-home care support, where the organisation recruits, trains, and supports foster and kinship carers who provide loving homes for children who are unable to live with their biological families. Foundations Care understands that every child’s situation is unique, which is why their approach is child-centred, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet individual emotional, social, and developmental needs. Carers receive ongoing guidance, training, and 24/7 support to ensure they feel confident and well-equipped in their caring role.
Foundations Care is a not-for-profit that has been passionately dedicated to a single purpose for more than two decades; that the core needs of children, young people, to feel safe, accepted and valued within their family and community, will be realised.
